Get a joint accout with someone else as primary how ever you must trust the perons will not rob you blind.. And i would call chex systems and find out why your on there if the bank was in the bankruptcy I dont think they can report you to anyone unless you have a bad check. which you can not put a bad check on a bankruptcy.
