Did you send them a validation letter, is that what the scumbag is referring to ?? If so, as you know, they are knowingly (they acknowledged the letter !), blatantly and repeatedly violating the FDCPA. I fear the FTC is right, get a lawyer and sue these SOB's ! Have you tried an intent to sue letter yet ?
