They have to respond to your validation request within 30 days of receipt so make sure you keep that receipt. Now you see if the CA follows fdcpa and fcra guidelines. If they cannot validate then they must delete. IF they do not then come back here for a 15 day estoppel letter. Since you already sent in validation immediately dispute these accounts with the 3 CRAs as not yours. CAs always forget to mark the account as in dispute when they verify which is a violation of the fcra. Keep your receipts and write down anything they do and you will be fine.
