most of the debt is valid and within the SOL for my state. There is one debt that is outside the SOL-10 years plus and I have advised the CA that I am not paying this based on the SOL. Most of the debt is for hospital/MD bills.
I am concerned that there is some negative outcome if I pay before the court date. That the attorney for the CA can get more money.
I have a letter prepared and will be mailing it today (maybe) with a check or money order.
