have you recieved a letter from them? if so you have 30 days to dispute the debt. you have to do this in writing. if they are harassing you to the point of where you cant take it anymore, write a cease and disist letter to them. remember, it is important that you do this all in writing. when i used to work for International Check Services basically what they told us was we were allowed to call 3 times a day..but if we talked to the debtor, then thats the only time we could call them for that day. good luck
