At the date of THAT filing,how old was the debt, that is -when had you last paid on an active account to the original creditor from a regular monthly statement.

When did you enter into the stipulated settlement- DATE of signing the agreement.How long was the agreement for?(payment period)

Don't worry about sending letters re SOL or anything else, you are already WAY past that point.
