Why would you be getting 1099's?
You only get them if you have PAID a portion of the debt. You do not get them if there are judgments that are unpaid.

Why on Earth would you want to pay anything on old time-barred debts? All you would accomplish is to mess up your credit report for another 7 years.

Leave everything alone, DO NOT apply for credit until the judgments and all the underlying debts have fallen off your reports.You will get plenty of offers then.
