Thank you everybody for the helpful info. And Greg how did you know it was JBC & Ass. I am going to get a copy of the cancelled check and try pleading my case directly to Toys R us. If it does come down to going to court I'll have to take my chances explaining it to the judge. I wonder if Toys R Us even received their money, or did they keep it as their fee in hopes that I'll pay their outrageous fees. Does anyone know "can they threaten to send the police to arrest you if they haven't filed the paperwork to do so?" I'm a lot calmer now and I just hope that Toys R us can get them off my back.
