The whole point of CHOD is to flood the CRA's with PAPER disputes. Online disputes lack any legal force, forget it. You need the verbage contained in the dispute letters to get anywhere with them.

DO NOT send ANY of your ID to them, its not necessary and you don't need to give them ANYTHING except your dispute letter !
