Hi Ladynred, I am in VA. It was from the same creditor, it is about a year old, and the last payment was in January. Should I call the court house and tell them I've received two of hese already?? I won't blow off the court date, no way, I would really like to settle this before then. Can I do that? Please help!! Thanks!
