well im single never been married as of yet but still i live in a community property state also which is as you guessed Nevada & from what ive heard if on community property state laws that " IF " a spouse is listed on the accounts in any way shape or form then WITHOUT a doubt the creditors will come after the other spouse if he/she defaults whether or not theres tangable assets to claim BUT IF the other spouse IS NOT listed on the accounts AND theres no real assets to grab than MOST of the time the creditors WILL NOT go after the other spouse in that case but honestly from what im been told its generally a case by case basis so if theres assets than count on them coming after the other & if not then my bets your ok .. just my opinion , kel ...............
