quest on lawsuit

Hi whychat, I asked a question about 8 days ago and you were very helpful. The so called attorney that I spoke of called me again ttonight and I was in the middle of a personal situation and I told him I would get right back to him. He then proceded to become very abrupt and told me taht I was refusing to resolve the debt and that it was an automatic lawsuit to be filed at openeing of the books tomorrow am. I then again told him i am not refusing anything that I would get back to him. He told me that I was in refuasal and he would just rather sue me than speak to me, put a lein on my home and garnish 75% of my wages.I have been trying to notify the bk court which i had to send in writing to request a copy of who was paid before the bk was dismissed. I never received any notice from anyone.
I ahve never received a letter at all from this company he says they are the law firm of budrow and associates. I have been trying to locate the firm and cannot find them anywhere. I have no info from them besides the phone call in which i feel iwas being harassed. Am i entitled to receive a letter of verification of debt from these people before a lawsuit is filed. Thank you for your time and help.
