At a guess,since it des not seem to fit the criteria of a "paid" tax lien, it can not be reported as such, and should be deleted completely if you dispute whatever entry is placed.

Wait until some reasonable time has pased,at least 2 months, and see how the reports show it, if it is still showing as unpaid, dispute it, but do not claim it as "paid" claim it as incorrect.
