DON'T pay them ANYTHING ! Send them WhyChat's SOL letter and tell them to pound sand ! You also need to file your complaint with the FTC for the illegal re-aging. Further, over at edcombs.com RMA is one of the trash CA's that they are looking to file a class-action suit agains, and they want people's info on exactly this kind of thing. At edcombs.com you go to Special and you'll find RMA there on their hit list.
