Does Chase keep good records? I have a charge-off for a credit card listed on my cr as opened in 1995 that went delinquent 9/99. I have requested validation from at least two other CA's but have been ignored, now it has apparently been sold and turned over to the new owners attorney for collection.

Before I respond to this attorney I was wondering what experiences others have had with Chase validating.

Do the new owners provide the documents to the attorney when they hire him to collect the debt?

Any info is appreciated. Thanks
