Collectcorp and OSAP?

Is there anybody out there, having to deal with Collectcorp, for Student Loans in Ontario? The tactics I have experienced from them are unbelievable. Especially, since I have been dealing with them honestly. is that my mistake? I guess I am looking for coping strategies, support, some allies, somebody else who has to deal with these Machiavellian types.
