EQ deleted my good account... help!

Equifax re-inserted a 30 day late payment on my auto-loan account after it had been taken off. I called them up about it, and to cut a long story short, I got them to agree to take it back off.

Well, I pulled my report today, not only is the 30 day late payment gone, but it took the entire tradeline with it! What do I do to get that tradeline back on there? It's a good tradeline that's been open since 1999. Anyone have experience with this?
