Many of us know how difficult it is to need an answer right away. Just scroll down to all the questions and answers and you can see all the time and caring so many of the "responders" give to all of us who desperately need help. These people are a blessing to me and I want you to know that my family and I are so grateful for the assistance I received here. It has made a big difference in our stress level. My husband is chronically ill, and our story is like many others who ended up where we never thought we would be. I was able to send the proper letters to the CA's bothering us, and I have learned my rights!

While you are waiting for the holiday time to pass, take the time to read through the many requests for help and the answers. You will gain a respect for this board like no other. I have done that, and am able to help others with my new-found knowledge, for which I am forever indebted to these wonderful people who give their time, talent, and hearts to all of us who need help.

Just wanted you to know that you are not being ignored...hang in there!
