it does depend on your assets but florida's an excellant state to live in if you have credit problems becouse if your the head of household your pay CAN NOT be garnished becouse thats not allowed to be touched under florida law so you'll be fine there .. tell ya what if you provide a bit more information bet ya get some pretty good advise ........ good luck , kelly ........
