Describe the third party disclosure. How do you define numerous?

Have you received any written communication and did it include the required notice of your right to dispute within 30 days?

There is a cause of action (even if the debt is not yours) for their unlawful disclosure of the personal information to a third party. Also, the "false light" cause of action may be appropriate if inaccurate information is conveyed to another causing the subject of the communication (you) to be viewed differently or with less respect because of this untrue information.
