Ok, help me out here. I sent CRRR to RMA for a SOL account that was up 2 years ago. I got a letter from them dated the same day they received SOL, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I had a phone call on my answering machine from them today. How do I proceed from here? Thanks.
