well dont know what exactly what you mean by federal taxes becouse garnishment concerning states laws may be able to be garnished & here in Nevada they are allowed to do that .. theres a few states that a persons paycheck can not be at all garnished & 2 of them off hand are both Texas & Florida but MOST states allow garnishment & Nevada " does " allow garnishment up to 25 % of the gross amount of a pay check ... bye , kel .........
