A few weeks ago, a lawyer in Tampa filed suit against Camco for trying to collect an SOL debt. Go to www.sptimes.com. Scroll down to the archieve. You want the Nov 5th edition. Select the business section and the story is titled "prediatory collector". It gives the lawyers name. Prehaps he can help.
