I have the same thing and low and behold the lawyer settling/disputing my judgement lied to me that once I pay it, it will be removed from my report. I should've known better and had him document it, all I have was an oral agreement. Anyway, even though it's been paid/satisfied, it is still there. It will stay there as a normal negative, which is about 7 years.
