RMA did the same thing to me. I called and asked for their legal department. I ended up with a floor manager. I informed him I had sent a cease and desist over a SOL debt and his company violated the order and I had certified and faxed proof that it was sent and received. I told him to either close the file or I file suit against them. He closed it.
