yes they did give notice for the mastercard which i decided to opt out so as to stay at 15 %. however with the visa i did not want to opt out. i thought it would be better to try and transfer the balance to a different credit card company altogeter which i am currently attempting to do. unfortunately, i didn't realize that that my card was transferred to mastercard with a totally different number. therefore, the credit card company i applied to has the old info. so i guess that's blown.
