hello WhyChat .. i have a question that im helping someone out with that i dont know the answer to & i think you'd be able to help me here if you can .. ok , my friend has a company in the Tampa Florida area & he has a person working for him up in North Carolina & like i say his company is headquartered in Florida , well long story short here his worker/friend of like 10 yrs is he believes scimming from the business which of course is criminal BUT he's going to fire him this week & try to persue the matter thru civil court INSTEAD of going the criminal route becouse like i say there WERE friends for maybe 10 years .. now my question IF he goes after him via the civil court route & lets say instead of being a friend which of course hes NOT if hes stealing from him & than saying screw off & he than decides to the file BK under North Carolina law will his 401/k plan which is thru the company hes scimming from ( 25k appx ) be protected or will that he be able to go after that becouse that assets not protected in BK or is it ??? ive been friends with this guy in Florida from my when his family use to live across the river from me in Bullhead City Arizona many years ago & their good people & his so called friend ( whom i never met ) has betrayed his trust & it's crushing him over what they JUST found out hes been doing for about the past 60 days that THEY KNOW OF , any help would be very much welcomed , thanx , kelly ....
