Collectcorp has a bad reputation. Send in the validation to the new scum CA certified. Dispute both enties with the CRAs. Chances are you will have to file suit against them but in small claims with a paid debt you will destroy them. After the 30 days come back and I will help you prepare your small claims. They will keep doing this and they care less what you think or do unless you hit them in the pocketbook.
