ok WhyChat , i think understand your point on this .. so now EVEN if he files BK he does NOT get to keep his 401/k plan .. i also totally see your point about he should file crimimal charges becouse he has lock solid proof of scimming & ive told him to go to the D.A.s office but becouse even though he stole from him he dosent wanna do that ( at least yet ) becouse they were friends for like over 10 years but i gotta say i think your right .. thankyou WhyChat :) kelly ..
