I have a bogus charge against my husband & I. This charge originally started with Zirmak Investors, which is now Calvary Investors, and I have no recollection of these charges. They refuse to remove this off of my credit history. As of December 1st 2002, I have entered a formal dispute, and would like to find out more information regarding the charges filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If need be, I would like to be included in a civil suit against this company. Thank You.
