I used to work for a cc company doing customer service, You can ask for a Increase for a specific amount and depending on the company they may ask you how much of an increase you want, or you can ask them to see if you can get a CLI and take what they give you. For the most part the customer service rep has no control over how much of an incvrease you get a program will give them an amount.
