You are safe with 5 years, (written contract),technically, however, it is 4 years as a signed agreement to take responsibility for a medical bill is not a legal "written contract".

If you are between 4-5 years ,use the 4 year statute on my website, (same as credit cards) if you are over 5 years -use the written contract statute.
