What you're looking for--an "SOL date"--doesn't exist; in other words, there's no piece of paper or record that's going to tell you whether the SOL on the debt has expired. If you're taken to court, it's the creditor or credit agency's responsibility to prove that you AREN'T beyond SOL if you plead that you ARE beyond SOL. They would do this by presenting records that prove that you're not beyond SOL, like payment records.

I don't know whether the "Date of Last Activity" is indeed the last date on which a payment was made (and, by extension, the date from which the SOL would be calculated). Maybe another poster can give input--if no one responds, you may wish to start another thread asking that question specifically. If that date IS the last date on which a payment was made, then that's what you'd bring to court to support your argument.
