What should have happened, didn't.

It is my understanding that a CRA, in the case of a dispute, has to consider documentation submitted by you with regard to the dispute.

TU should have contacted the OC and informed them of the document(s) you have provided and request that the OC correct, update or verify the information they are reporting.

The CRA's are supposed to follow "reasonable procedures" when investigating a dispute, they are supposed to review and take into consideration any and all documentation you provide to them. I would think Court documents would be pertinent.

Unfortunately, the subscribers are the ones that pay them, and that is who they are loyal to.

I would wait to see what happens. If it comes back "verified as is", I would send a certified/RRR letter to the OC, with a copy of the document(s) and request/demand that they make the proper changes with regard to their reporting.
