Equifax does seem to lose faxes. Actually, all the CRAs do. The best thing is to wait until the 5th. Heck, that is only like 4 days away. Then you call in and ask for a supervisor or someone that is next to a fax machine. Tell them you are faxing proof right away and it is not possible for them to have verified as it was suppose to be deleted. If this does not work then send certified the letter with an explanation proving it needs to be deleted.
