10-12 Years old debt - Please Help

Old credit cards charged off and gone from my credit reports (never making that mistake again). The cards were obtained in NH and I now live in MD. All of them (2-3 cards) are over 10 year old charged offs. Camco have been very aggressively asking me every now and then to payback the debts that were purchased by them. They have threatened for summons and have been very abusive during their phone calls. Please help me with some advice. Thanks.
