Tonight, I spoke with an attorney who asked me to read the terms and conditions on the back of my contract. It states, I agree to the terms of the Cardholder Agreement. My account will be governed by Rhode Island and Federal law. Rhode Island's SOL. on written contracts is 15 years according to this site. Can one of you, please give me info that I can fax or share with this attorney that proves that the SOl on this account falls under California law where I signed the agreement and not under the contractual agreement I signed that states Rhode Island law applies.. thank you very much...
