Mike , i in no way would speak for either WhyChat OR Scott becouse their both excellant reguarding credit issues but just my 2 cents here & thats im ALMOST POSITIVE its the creditors choice on which state they desire to file a suit against the consumer & that depends on EITHER the state where YOU signed the credit agreement in OR the state your actually living in now & from all ive heard of this the MOST of the time will pick the state where the SOL is longer & heck RhodeIsland IS BY FAR WITHOUT a doubt the longest ON ANY in the USA & thats no secret in the credit industry .. hey i hope im wrong & im not an expert but just my opinion & nothing more .. goodluck , kelly .....
