Mike , ok i thought you said you lived there so my mistake but if your saying YOU NEVER LIVED in RhodeIsland you can then tell them to drop dead in spades becouse i dont care what that louzy attorney told you becouse that fact is you can only be sued in a state you now live OR lived when you actually applied for the card & thats a fact ..
