If you go to my website and click on "Letter To CA's Re: SOL" you will find a complete answer to send any CA. If you click on California in the list of States on my site you will find ALL the statutes that apply, a link to consumer credit help in Ca. and a link to a lawyer in the Bay area who can also provide assistance if you need it.

Most lawyers do not deal with these issues as they are not productive of high fees (or any fees) most people cave in to lying CA's and get default judgments or pay when they do not need to.
