ya know im an easy going type girl in meaning its like whatever happens happens but in my opinion WhyChat answered the question to Mike & i mean its a free type forum so everyone does their best .. ive personally last summer read in some part of TILA the SOL can ONLY be applied to a consumer in the place he/she lived when application was actually signed for OR the state if different that he/she now lives & usually it depends on which states SOL is longer so thats on the basis where the creditor will decide , its really very simple actually .. i'll be honest this was last summer when i did a search on google on federal laws reguarding credit card debt & it quite possibly could have EVEN been in the Nevada STATUES N.R.S areas where under Nevada law it stated when determining SOL & states it pointed to the TILA i believe section 15 area but i could be wrong on that exact area " BUT " i am correct on what it said just like i say im not sure exactly where I PERSONALLY read it but its there thats 100 % for sure !! i agree suzie orman is VERY smart but ALOT of her answers are generic in nature .. hey im no expert by far by 6 tons of common sense here & like i say just my opinion , good luck , kelly ..............
