Mikey apparently refuses to understand that the terms for his CC agreement refer to the BANKING LAWS of the state and how his account is handled in the card issuers state. It has NOTHING to do with the SOL and he has already been told several times that the FEDERAL laws trump the STATE laws with the FDCPA. Its also painfully obvious that, for some reason, Mikey chooses to believe that a CA will tell him the truth about anything !!!

Mikey..do yourself a favor, listen to the answers you have been given here ! You also need to understand that MOST local lawyers you will talk to know little or nothing about consumer protection laws UNLESS they specialize in that area. Lawyers and judges in local courts RARELY know all their own state's statutes, let alone anything much about the FEDERAL laws, that's why WE have to do so much work to educate THEM in court to protect ourselves !!!!
