So I have few last questions, is the date of last activity the same as the SOL,
If not where is it on the credit report becuase i seem to be confused and I want to be sure! now I got served -if I can find the SOL is past then reply to the court and counter sue. What happens if Im wrong or I cant find the SOL.
What about Arbitration.. in the contact with Discover it says I can Arbitrate at any time --but now calavary has it is it to late or even a good idea. Please Help--Thanks
