First Validation period expires without contact, next step?

Sent a validation request CRRR to Diversified Adjustment Service for a collection entry they placed against my Experian report. The 30 days expires today, with no validation or any other form of contact. My question is now, what do I do? From reading this board, I gather I do the following, but I want to make sure this is right: 1. Send a more strongly worded letter to the CA demanding removal
2. Dispute the entry with Experian, including a copy of my original letter and return receipt. If this is wrong or I am missing anything, please let me know. Thanks for your help guys, this is getting fun!
