DH got call at work today from ARM regarding old account with co. now in Bankruptcy. Got a letter from them yesterday and during the phone call hubby asked them to send validation. CA said you have it. Hubby said anyone can type a letter, I want validation! CA said he would note acct as refusal to pay and garnish DH's paycheck! I'm typing up validation letter now. Did he respond correctly? I can't believe he actually listened when I told him how much I was learning here!
