I have come up against this company also. They are really rude and refuse to let me talk. They keep insisting that they are going to have me arrested. Has anyone ever found a way to keep them from contacting them? I have sent a letter and contacted the attorney general's office but they insist that since they are not a collection agency, they have the right to call me at work. Lucky for me, they do not have my home phone number. Thanks to anyone that can help. This has really got me upset.
