You DO NOT ever want to arbitrate.

To find the start of your SOL, go t your Experian report, it willshow when the account is scheduled to come off the report,(7 years). Use the date given minus 7 years as your starting date for the SOL.

If the account is too old to even be on your report, all you have to state in your answer is that it defaulted over 7 years ago.
