Just got off the phone with a CA. Collecting on an acct that was pd in full 01/01. Got a copy of my CR
11/18/02 and told the CA it shows a 0 balance and is in the "good" part of my CR. He yelled at me for 10 minutes and told me it was not paid or he wouldn't be collecting. He told me to fax him the part that shows the acct with a 0 balance, and my name at the top of it. Should I? Thanks!
