The same thing applies to jurisdiction and venue, if it is misjudged in a lower court, it goes to an administrative judge on appeal, not to aappeals court.Thus,there is no "case law" since it is just a question of correcting an administrative error if a judge misrules.

There IS quite a bit of case law involving BUSINESS debt collection jurisdiction and venue, then you get into State "long arm statutes" and similar very complicated jurisdictional legal matters.
