wow, great information Scott. I am indeed printing this to use. The only problem I foresee is that in trying to "reason" with this crazed woman is she won't let me get a word in. She continues to blast me with,"just tell me how to reach him,give me another number!!!" over and over. I wouldn't give her a number even if he had one,but he doesn't. Her implication is that since he once lived here she can call as often as she wants to.And she does. I'm not sure how old his bill is(I think it was a Discover Card bill) from about 4-5 years ago.But as I said,she calls at least 5 times in a row;5 times a day.Sometimes more.
